Boxercise4health   provider   my   business   has   been   set   up   since   2000.   We   deliver   a   series   of   boxing   fitness   programmes   and sports   related   courses   for   young   people   and   adults   who   are   not   involved   in   main   stream   education   and   sporting   activities. Faced   with   many   external   barriers   as   poverty,   lack   of   education,   low   or   no   aspirations,   poor   health   behaviours.   We   aim   to deliver   classes   in   a   positive   learning   environment,   where   young   people   and   adults   feel   that   they   can   achieve   despite   these barriers.   My   key   partners,   Unity   Boxing   Club,   Youth   Services,   Babington,   Wigston   &   The   Roundhill   Academies,   Moat Community   College,   University   of   Leicester,   Leicester   City   YOS,   E2Online   Training,   Sportsinu,   Youth   Referral   Schemes: NHS healthy times   OUR KEY OBJECTIVES     Increase sports participation in and out of school curriculum Introduce healthy exercise and eating projects Provide safe positive boxing and fitness activities to accommodate all Learn new skills socially and physically

KELTON MCKENZIE COACHING HEALTHY EXERCISE AND EATING PROJECTS IN LEICESTER

Former professional boxing champion Kelton Mckenzie and club of the year runners up winners in 2015 and 2016, Unity boxing club, Beaumont Leys are working in partnership with Leicester-shire & Rutland Sport. We have provided two new healthy exercise and fitness projects for young people in year 2017/18. AIMS OF PROJECTS:             Bringing young people and adults active together through sports participation. Improve overall co-ordination, balance, timing and skill development. Improves self-confidence and self discipline. Improves total body fitness and reduces stress by releasing positive energy. .
